A Schedule Pickup button has been added to the Orders page that takes Zoetis Reference Labs customers to instructions for scheduling a sample pickup.
The statuses for orders have been updated to include a "Received" status that shows customers their order has been received at the lab.
Consultations
Users have the ability to search for an existing patient when scheduling a consultation.
Users have additional time (20 minutes total) to enter information when scheduling a consultation.
Help
The Help content was completely revised for clarity and accessibility and expanded to include more topics and screenshots.
